Do you have open studio hours for in person appointments?

Unfortunately not at this time. But someday!

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Upon check out select local pick up in place of shipping. Location will be arranged. 

Do you paint the sides of the piece, and do I have to frame it?

Yes, the sides of the painting will be covered. No you do not have to frame the artwork. That is personal preference, but if you choose to do so please see below for a local recommendation. Note, sometimes the painting will continue and wrap around the canvas sides and some will have a solid colored edge. This may vary per piece at the artist’s discretion. If it is a commission this will be at the collectors preference. 

Do you have a recommended framer in Orange County?

Can I order a custom canvas or print size?

Most likely! Contact me here and let me know what size you are looking for if it’s a print. If it’s for a commission please see the commissions page for more info. 

Do you work in other mediums?

Yes I love pencil/ink drawings, watercolor and clay! Check back in the future for those offerings. I also love to write so check out the blog (make link) for written musings! 

What kind of canvas do you use?

I use 1.5 inch thick gallery wrapped premium canvas.

Is there protective coating on the paintings?

Yes. All work is coated with either a Satin, Matte or Semi-gloss varnish coating which offers protection against dust and UV light. Varnish type chosen by artist unless specifically requested during the commission process. Paper works are sprayed with an acrylic finishing coat. 

Are paintings wired and ready to hang?

Yes, all canvas paintings are signed, titled, wired, and ready to hang on your walls for easy installation.

Do you offer Gift Card’s and do they expire? 

Yes, I do offer gift cards and no, they do not expire.

Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork?

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit. Likewise if you’d like to spread the love on your social media I just ask that you give credit and tag my account. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
